Is your company interested in exploring the possibility of transferring your existing registration to a new registrar? NQA makes it simple. Our registration process is not only stress free, it is free!

Step 1: Complete the Quick Quote and upload a copy of your valid registration certificate and most recent audit report and any corrective action plans submitted to your current registrar. You will receive a quotation within 24 – 48 hours.

Step 2: Submit your signed Regulations Relating to Registration and Agreement, and your Customer Support Representative will contact you to discuss your audit time line.

Step 3: Your NQA auditor will perform the transfer surveillance visit, in place of the next surveillance visit you would have received from your current registrar.

Step 4: Your NQA auditor will issue you your audit report before he/she leaves the facility, detailing any non-conformances found, and recommending the registration transfer.

Step 5: Your NQA certificate will be issued within 10 days of our receipt of your corrective/preventive action plan. You may at this time contact your previous registrar and cancel their services.
